You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. bdromi strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, enabling any available two-factor authentication features, and logging out of your account after each session. bdromi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You may request the closure of your bdromi account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures.
